Heavy-Duty CNC Waterjet Shape Cutting Machines
The Hydrocut is a large gantry cutting machines designed for large working areas and heavy industrial utilization. These machines are designed for long life spans in the harshest environments, and serve in a variety of industries, including shipyards, steel service centers, heavy equipment manufacturers, and job shops.
Applications
The Hydrocut gantry can be equipped with waterjet, plasma arc cutting and oxy-fuel cutting tools. They can also carry a wide array of different plate marking or text labeling tools, which allow increased productivity by automating the plate marking and integrating it with the cutting operation. Layout lines, part numbers, heat numbers, etc. can all be marked more accurately and with reduced part handling.
Machine Features
The Hydrocut is based on ESAB's popular Avenger line of large gantry shape cutting machines, which all feature heavy-duty floor mounted rail systems, large welded, fabricated truck assemblies, steel tube box beams, independent deck structures, and Digital AC Brushless Drives.
